  1. Payment Terms
  • Invoices must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
  • EGAL may suspend services for overdue payments.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content, creatives, and data developed by EGAL remain its intellectual property until full payment. Ownership transfers upon completion and payment unless otherwise agreed. Public-facing work may be showcased unless a confidentiality agreement exists.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
